Important Information
General Terms
- Tickets are non-transferable and must be used only by the person they are issued to.
- Lost or damaged Smart Cards can be replaced for a fee of ₹50.
- Jaipur Metro reserves the right to change fares and ticket policies with appropriate notice.
- All passengers must carry valid tickets throughout their journey and present them for inspection when requested.
Refund Policy
- Single Journey Tokens can be refunded on the same day of purchase with a processing fee of ₹5.
- Smart Card security deposits are fully refundable upon returning the card in good condition.
- Tourist Cards are non-refundable once activated.
- Refunds for unused balance on Smart Cards will be processed within 7 working days.
